Set on the brick fireplace mantel, they round out the whole look! A thrift store plaid scarf with a little bit of my favorite aqua, helped add a little of my style. I usually use my vintage skis and sleds on the porch, but brought a few in for the Winter Cabin look. With some simple sewing, I had new cabin-friendly pillows for my sofas! Add Winter Sports Decor But I did have a thrifted wool plaid blazer my mom had found the fabric was more desirable to me than the fashion ) A trip to the fabric store got me 1 yard of the black and green plaid flannel just like the inspiration pic. I used the laurel crest from the Grain stencil ( HERE) around the deer head. (Kinda why I chose this picture ) Instead of using our regular coffee table, though, I swapped up and brought our kitchen seating area table into the living room.
